Draft Champions?

Does anyone know if there are a specific number of "Diamond" (or whatever the highest rated are) players you can get in a single draft? As in, once you select, say 5 diamond level players, they will no longer appear in the rest of the rounds?

I have tried to piece it together through YouTube videos but the number of red starred players seems to constantly differ. I think it would be great if it was completely random, allowing you to have a greater variety in drafts.

The highest rated is legend, which is one. Then the second is elite, which is red. Obviously it depends on if you select each elite that pops up, because you could pick a gold instead.
I actually think it may be 5. I got Byrd, Earl Thomas, Jason Peters, Travis Fredrick, and Kevin Williams. I believe these were the best players available too.

So you can never have any more than 5 elites?

Not 100% sure, but I just read that some one was able to draft two legends though.
