I'll check and see if I still have this one though. I think it may have been an offline one which I haven't played as much with.

One of my favorite teams was only rated an 82. I read that if you draft a squad rated 85 or higher you get an achievement if they matter to you.

Re: The Draft Champions rosters

I got STUCK in the draft without any QB selections after the third round..and got screwed trying to find a good one.. ended up with Brandon Weeden out of the base team.. he's throwing 4 of 19 in the championship round against CPU.. no players will catch a ball for him and then the line doesn't block and he gets crushed T.Y. Hilton is the only receiver they gave me.. plus Jason Witten

I got a beats defense with Sherman, ET3, Ngata, Suh, and Kiko Alonso all in one draft. I had a average offense.

Re: The Draft Champions rosters

One of my recent rosters had Eli Manning at QB. I got offered him in like the 12th or 13th round. But the rest of my team had players like Julio Jones, Kam Chancellor, Von Miller, Joe Thomas, Joe Horn, Jimmy Graham. It was one of my better rosters I've drafted. It was an 82 OVR team - 82 OVR Offense and 81 OVR Defense.

Re: The Draft Champions rosters

My drafts are always the same. I draft a beast offensive line and then all defense. Very rarely I'll take a RB or a TE, but mostly I just have 4 or 5 lineman as my only offensive players.

I always do well. I don't really throw deep so I don't bother with WRs, on short passes I don't notice a difference between the 70s and the 90s. My line always opens me gaping holes so I rarely need a RB.

This allows me to take at least 10 defensive players. So I'll take a beast front 7. I always pick a 3-4 playbook so I'll take elite speed rush DE and play them at outside backer. I'll take 2 shutdown corners and a good zone safety

My best team was probably:

RB: Jeremy Hill

LG: Steve Hutchinson
C: Brian de la Puente
RG: Zack Martin
RT: Doug Free

RE: Aaron Donald (DT)
NT: Vince Wilfork
LE: Rob Nincovich

ROLB: Justin Tuck (LE)
MLB: Lawrence Timmons
MLB: Rolando McClain
LOLB: Carlos Dunlap (LE)

CB: Vontae Davis
CB: Antonio Cromartie

FS: Glover Quinn

My best overall team would have been last night had I not been stuck without a real QB.. they weren't catching what Weeden was throwing and the DB's were recovering quick on every throw.. doesn't happen with an 80-90 QB of course.. throws get there and are more accurate.. just the way THAT draft went.. I skipped on Eli Manning early and never saw another QB
