[Genuine Question] How is Microsoft with Refunds?

Hey guys genuine question here not trying to start any kind of flaming.
I'm starting to feel buyers regret for purchasing Madden this year. I bought it from the Microsoft store and wanted to know how likely it is that I get my money back. The frame rate dips from time to time... I currently cannot download the roster and play any online games and even in my offline franchise I am getting random freezes midway through the game and it doesn't save my progress like last year. Any help is greatly appreciated.
