Error, Can't download Community files Madden 16 PS4

Is anyone else having problems downloading any of the community files for Madden 16? I've tried downloading roster file and get this message;
Error: An error has occurred while downloading the file. Please try again

Just want to know if I am the only one or is this a real problem with EA server.

I'm having the same issue as well. Re-installing game didn't help either.

Yes I'm having same problem talked to ea support last nite and they said could be a server issue...Idk hope it gets worked out it's not my ps3 because last week I downloaded rosters on the old Madden they also gave me a list of things to try and fix it call ea support and report the problem so they know others are having the same problem

Having issues with PS4 as well....this probably has to be patched at some point

I have contacted EA tech support, they are aware of the issue and hopefully will have a resolution soon................hopefully

This is ridiculous....still navy this problem...does anyone know how to edit player ratings....when I edit player ratings and save the roster and load it and enter offline franchise my edited ratings are not there...

I'm on xbox1 and can't upload playbook or download 1... Keeps saying error...

Seems to be a widespread issue. Hopefully EA actually fixes it soon.

What’s funny is during the ‘Early Access’ this feature worked just fine, I used it to be able to have access between multiple profiles for my roster and playbooks. First night with the hard copy and I got this error, and some roster, and also tuning errors loading up. Since then it’s been fine. ~ X1

Still waiting on a response from EA. Spent over an hour on the phone with their tech support. Re-booted my modem and router, deleted all files..............nothing seemed to help. They said they would kick the issue up to a higher level of tech support....................waiting......

Rest assured it's not an issue on our end. So re-installing the game and resetting routers won't help. I have the same issues. Just have to wait for EA to fix it on their end. Kinda that simple.
