Error, Can't download Community files Madden 16 PS4

I curious why ppl are having issues? I've had the game since last Monday....and not one problem d/!ing rosters.... Click it'd/l's and I'm done.

I haven't heard what EA said? Is it a server problem? Just strange some having issues and ppl like me it works fine.

Could be a particular server issue (ie WC can connect but EC cant)

The only way to know possibly is by where people are living. I live in North Carolina. I have had this error since Madden was released. I have done everything from deleting the game, reinstalling, resetting my modem and still the same error. I have done everything from deleting the game, reinstalling, resetting my modem and still the same error. We need to narrow down who is getting this error and why.

I cannot get into my online CFM. "Our servers cannot process your request at this time"

I was able to download the roster update shortly before this though...

Did you download sliders at all? I did and since then have had issues.

I'm in Australia, unsure whether that is part of the problem
