I'm having the same problems in Idaho. Downloaded one roster file three days ago and haven't been able to complete a download since.

I'm having same issue but on the Xbox 360. I have a download from xbox live and when I had first downloaded game, I was able to download a couple of content from the community download but later was unable to at all and still can't as of 08/30/2015 0242 pst.

Ps4 digital. I downloaded a roster and some sliders Tuesday and have been SOL since then. Tried every type of file with no luck. I'm in Wisconsin.

Has anyone with there download problem now has it working?

On a side note, when I contacted the EA support about the download problem I explained I already did all the trouble shooting before contacting them. I did the delete the whole game and the data, turned PS4 off and on, reset my modem, etc. He said the engineers knew about the problem and were working on it. The strange thing was he said he would send me an email about things I could try to fix the problem. I reiterated to him of what I had already had done and still had the problem. I told him if that is what he was sending me than to not bother. He assured me it was different stuff. Sure enough, he sent recommendations of exactly what I had already done and in the email it said my ticket is now closed. It makes me feel like he wasn't even listening to me and made up that the engineers were working on it. I guess the only way to get this fixed is if everyone contracts EA support and let's them know about the problem and pushes them to fix it. If it was a server error it should of been fixed by now.

This issue is so aggravating.

I was able to download 3 offensive playbooks the first night on xbox one. I'm in Kansas, but I don't think this a regional problem. What's the best way to contact EA about this?

Also..
has anybody had the error and then been able to fix it? I don't wanna delete the playbooks I've been working on.
