Can anyone tell me if and how you can edit player ratings for ps3 and use that roster in offline franchise? I have tried to edit ratings then save it then load it and my changed ratings aren't there they are completely different. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure about 16 but in 25 next-gen(which is probably pretty close to the ps3 version of 16 I would guess) there is an option to use custom rosters or default before you select if you want to be a player, coach, or owner. I don't have any version of 16, but that's how it is in 25.
