I don't understand why I have to have a PS+ membership to play this mode. No other mode, including MUT, does not require this. I was able to try it using the free 2 day trail and I enjoyed the mode, but I can't justify the extra cost.

Did anybody see any info on why they did this?

Actually if u wanna play online ranked or online franchise u need to be a PS+ member as well.

So its just not only draft champions.

Are you selecting solo draft and not H2H?
That is my only assumption, unless it was overlooked by EA.

I wouldn't look at it as paying $50 to play that mode.. Ps plus offers way way way more perks.

It's known any online feature requires a subscription. It's not just an EA mode.

Funny thing is I just clicked on it because other day it told me I needed to be a PS+ member now all I get is a blue screen...???? Lol guess no option to even click on PS+ site lmfao. Samed goes for online ranked a blue screen.

Nope, it's Draft Champion itself. I tried entering it, and it said I needed a PSN plus account to access it.

Any online based mode requires a PS Plus account, in ALMOST any game. Draft champions, online H2H and online franchise require a plus membership.

Oh, so you can't even get into the mode it's self?

I asked because once in DC, there is an option to play solo or H2H. But seems you can't even get there.

I'd contact them via Twitter.
