Xbox Live issues with Cloud CFM

When I try to start a new cloud cfm a pop up says that my xbox live account wont allow it. Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried going to my xbox live settings and changing the security settings but it didn't work.

Do you have xbox live gold? Not sure if needed, but worth noting.

Yes I have Gold...still doesn't work. What is the difference between the cloud franchise and offline? Do the roster updates apply to the franchise roster?

You can use cloud or offline and still use the latest roster update when creating it.

With an online franchise you can get updates to the mode through the servers where as offline your waiting for the patch.

OK so you get gameplay updates but not roster updates. Thanks!

Roster updates don't happen throughout franchise mode for offline or online. Your stuck with the ones you started the franchise with.


I'm assuming you restarted the xbox already?
I had that happen last year, but can't remember what I did

Either remove your GT or delete the madden profile.
