They didn't scale the generated draft classes with the new speed (and I think deep throw) rating scale, so you end up with superpowered rookies.

This Friday would be nice, next Tuesday OK, next Friday should be the worst case scenario, after that would be serious downer.

Yeah of course, but I don't think that that reality is going to influence Sony/Microsoft's process in any way, so I'm trying to look at it realistically.

That tweet makes a good point, they ought to know by now if a franchise restart is mandatory, and or if its fixed server side, and those who choose to play online are good to go if they begin a new one today.

Im kinda thinking it will come out with the 53 man roster update. Im betting they asked for it to be expedited on sony/microsofts end for the start of the regular season. And they just are not telling us just in case it falls through. Even if not im impressed with how fast they got this done on their end very nice to see!
