Mid game save

Cloud? Or offline? I actually did a quick test recently with cloud just to verify I wasn't going crazy. I started game 8 of cloud CFM. I played 2 snaps. Paused the game. Then, quit the 'madden app' from Xbox one. Immediately, restarted madden. No in game save was created, and I had to start game over. So, for me so far, cloud franchise option does not save when closing the game or turning off console.

It was cloud, I never lost connection and picked up at halftime no problem. I havnt tested turning it off and picking back up like someone said though

Hanky's case is different from double Z. If i understand right Z, you just left your system on over night while in an Online CFM (or used the feature where the system is on low power and can be resumed quicky). If this was the case you wouldn't have lost connection to the server, so Madden is basically on stand by.

And Hanky, while you were in an online CFM, you exited the app? If this was the case, you would have lost connection to EA servers and got the "stats will not save" message

Lol. Man, I've tried so many diff combos, it's hard to keep track. All I know is, NONE of them work!! But, this was the scenario with quitting app to try and clarify:
1. Started game 8 of season in cloud CFM
2. Played 2 snaps to 'legit' be in the game and give it an opportunity to at least create a save point by itself, essentially. With the 'resume game' option, in general, it should be saving game automatically after each play, I would think.
3. Quit app
4. Start app
5. At this point, actually , there was NO option to continue GAME. There was only option to continue FRANCHISE.
7. I continued franchise and saw that I needed to play game 8 from the start.

Other scenario that happened:
1. Started game 4 of season.
2. Played till halftime
3. Turned off Xbox one
4. Woke up
5. Started madden
6. Continue GAME option was present
7. When choosing 'continue game', I received the 'lost connection to ea servers' message
8. Just as an extra test, I actually played this game out till the end
9. As the message said, this game did NOT count.

I can't remember scenario 3 for sure, but I'm almost positive that I:
1. Played a qtr or so of a game
2. Left Xbox one ON for half hour to hour watching tv probably
3. Tried to resume Madden
4. Got the 'disconnected from ea servers' message


So, it possible in scenario 3, that my internet could choose to lose connection, not sure. If I were to leave Xbox one on all night, I can almost guarantee I would receive 'disconnected from ea servers', so I'm surprised Z was able to simply pick up and play next day, but again, perhaps that's an Internet issue or something. I have. Uverse, but who knows.

I THINK that is what happens. I JUST lost connection while doing a ultimate team solo and went to add my friend to a party. It wasn't even for a minute and the clock was at 0:00 ;(

Yeah sucks you get disconnected so fast. Im a new father (*huge smile* im proud of my boy!! Haha ) but anyways he needed a bottle i was in the championship of a solo draft champions. I paused for 30 minutes came back and it said it disconnected from EAs servers... So lame!
