Scouting and Drafting: how's your experience?

Because of the newness I could be screwing up completely, but yeah I only keep players with development. Other rookies I dump/trade as soon as I can. Just not enough xp to spread around.

Not every player that gets drafted by teams in the NFL are going to be a Superstar, so I don't get the argument/question.

I'm interested in seeing how the combine numbers look. I'm on week 10 and I've pretty much completely scouted all the positions I need to improve

Seemed like you had to be more selective last year, at least until you got double scout points.

This year it seems unnecessary

I scout the positions I really need, and then just let my scouting points add up (and subtract) until the combine numbers. I definitely won't be wasting my coach's meager xp on scouting trait.

Game day xp for certain. Other than that I don't really see much reason to spend xp. If enough xp were given in game prep to make it worth doing, then I would get game prep but it isnt so I dont.
