Madden NFL 16 Patch Scheduled to Arrive Tomorrow, Roster Update Later in the Week

Rex Dickson, creative director of the Madden NFL series, has posted on Twitter that the next Madden 16 patch will go live on Wednesday.

This patch is hotly anticipated as it should help solve some CFM issues that are currently ruining in-game progression, as well as long-term progression for particular positions.

Once we get the patch notes, we will pass them along. Also, as is usually the case, the patches may go live at different points on each console.

I'll repeat what I said in the other thread:

That's pretty darn quick with just 2 weeks after the game hit the streets.

Kudos to the team.

All the issues that didn't make this patch, hopefully will be in the next one.

If not, hello Madden 17.

This might be the earliest I start a franchise in Madden. I'm usually not in franchise mode until October or November with slideritis.

I have updated the original post and tagged it as news. However, you're most likely going to get the patch at a random time and it will vary based on console -- going by previous experience. In no way expect it at midnight (but in theory I suppose it could happen).

I pray this also fixes the inability to hike the ball bug. Just knocked my self out of field goal range because of this.
