Does Patch 1 Apply To Old Franchise?

I want to see if patch 1 will effect any older connected franchises.

Clearly the update for OP rookies will not effect current draft classes... But will future draft classes be effected by the patch ratings? Will any of the CF bugs that are fixed effect current franchises?

Many are probably wondering and would prefer not to sift through 50 pages of impressions.

Also please bring facts and not guesses!!!

Players will not need to restart their Connected Franchises to see most of the fixes in the Title Update. However, due to draft classes being randomly generated, you will have to restart if you want the changes to your current draft class, as we cannot retroactively change those ratings.
