Good luck Armor, I just got off chat with them and they would not credit my account, said that wasn't their policy.

I did see somewhere on OS that a guy went on chat and did get a credit, not for $10 but for $20. I had no such luck however, even after pushing a bit. Just told them that I would rethink my Amazon purchases from now on.

Video games have some of the most frequent sales around, if you've been gaming for any length of time you should know not to pay full retail for anything.

FWIW, If you have gamers club unlocked at Best Buy (a really worthwhile purchase IMO) you could get Madden launch day for $48 and received $10 in reward coupons.

Really surprised to see a sale like this so soon after the release. I was on the fence as far as buying this year's version, but at $40 it's too good a deal to pass up.

I was on the phone with them yesterday and got the $20 credit so I got lucky. I insisted on it. I am a long time Prime member and I just got the game two weeks ago...etc. I spend 1000's on Amazon every year.

So 29.99 was my final price for M16 this year. Very cool.
