Show some respect...

I sense a lot of hostility from the community in regards to each passing version of the Madden NFL Series.
Although the game is far from perfect, I am of the opinion that the game is leaps and bounds better and more fun this year than last.
If for no other reason than the fact that they have already acknowledged their short comings, and have managed to produce the 1st patch, a second roster update (the first was released upon launch), as well as the 1st player likeness update (which improves in immersion)in the 1st couple of weeks is commendable and should not go without proper recognition.
Thanks and big shout out to Rex, and the crew at EA for making some much needed corrections and additions so quickly!
Respect is not given, it's earned.
And with this they've gone a long way to earn some in my opinion.

The game is leaps and bounds better than anything in the past 5yrs + and am luving the feedback from Rex and the crew but at the sametime for some of us the game is unplayable! I myself am a off line CFM player and cant even start a Franchise. Yes patch works great w/out the tuner but we still have all the issues of pre tuner, also i always use Community Rosters (big props to rovert and mizzou) and Community sliders (props to armor and sword) and i cant even download those currently. Not jamming anyone just stating how i feel. I spent 65 dollars on a game that I should be able to start up and play right away and not have to 2+ weeks to do so. I was going to trade it in but most fun ive had in years with Madden so going to keep fingers crossed that these issues get fixed quick.

Your sentiment is in the right place but this is an unnecessary thread.
