CFM Draft Grades?

dont know if it's been posted but is there a bug when drafting players? I drafted a DE in the 1st rd pick 26. His draft card said his overall was a 78 but when he was signed he came in at 66 overall. I took a RB in the 3rd overall said it was 81 yet when signed he shows up as a 73 overall now.

I think it's because of the scheme you have not being the same as theirs. It's happened to me to just change ur scheme for the specific position and u should see it. It happens if u draft a route running wr and he has low spc catch but ur scheme is for wr is dead threat.

That's because the player's specific scheme may be different from yours. Remember a while back they said that overalls only represent a players compatibility with a certain scheme. You have to look at the players attributes to determine if he's good or not. A certain player may have a higher overall than another, but that doesn't mean he's the better player. It just means that player may be a better fit for that teams's scheme. Don't base your judgement on the player's overall alone.

Re: CFM Draft Grades?

Question - is there a way to scout for the player's development/potential rating?

Not anymore, which, IMO, is a great, great thing.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Thanks for the reply and another question. Watching a video about scouting I see you can get a combine report on recruits. Is this for every recruit or only recruits you have fully scouted and is it 100% accurate as to their speed, strength, etc?

From personal experience (only one draft) the combine numbers seem to be accurate. I put way more stock into the combine numbers than the actual scouting
