Is there any benefit to stadium upgrades? I was fooling around in my test CFM and renovated my stadium. Now everything is rated 99, but level 1.

Does raising the level accomplish anything? (more $, stadium rating etc., free agents)

Also when can you upgrade? renovation was available right off the bat, but I have yet to see upgrade unlocked.

It will help you bring in more $$$ because you are buying more seats, parking, food options, merchandise options, etc.

99 is the condition isn't it? It's 99 because your stadium is new.

As for the upgrades, it's like redsox4evur said, each level of upgrade increase attendance, or seating capacity, so you get more $$$/revenue.

Thanks guys. When can I upgrade? Is that a once a year type thing in the offseason?
