How to create a player to fit a certain scheme and type in cfm?

I want to play owner mode, but before I do this I want to create a player that fits the type of player and scheme of my next defense I choose to switch to. Example: Jacksonville runs a attacking 4-3, I want to change that to attacking 3-4. I want to create a player to be a 3-4 tackler mlb that fits the attacking 3-4 defense before I enter in to my new franchise. Any ideas?

go to your favorite real 3-4 tackler in the nfl and copy his ratings for your created player

Yea and I did this several times. I continue to get balanced base 4-3 defense. I used Brian Cushing as my reference. I tried adding to an existing attacking 3-4 defense and other schemes with no success. I can't create a player before I start franchise to fit the particular style and scheme. I'm assuming there is a rating threshold for each scheme and style. Either that or it's an create player bug.
