In my first year saw several top guys like Josh Gordon, Ngata, Alex Boone, Greg Hardy, Cordy Glenn, Forte etc.

Fantasy drafting is 100% your problem. If you fantasy draft everyone gets brand new contracts and they get paid based on their draft position.
