Pause Or Die

Has anyone on Xbox been able to avoid several games per day where all buttons die except for the pause button? After game freezes at the pause menu, the user is forced to reboot system (but the game results in a win).

EDIT: Not to brag but I don't need the Madden gods to get me wins by glitches, I prefer a game consistent with the qualities provided by the National Football League.

I've had it where pre-snap, everything dies except pause or timeout. So, you either take the delay of game penalty, or you burn a timeout. A pain, yes, but happens maybe once a day. I don't recall it happening much lately though
