Best play for 5WR vs 4-3?

Hi Guys

I find that often people in my league dont match my formations so I use 5WR and will likely face a 4-3.

In real life I think it would be a blowout here but I find that LBs and DEs are overpowered or rather Madden is a bit more forgiving than it should

My question, what plays can I use to well exploit this?

Ive tried most plays but have yet to find the one that really exploits the mismatch.

Use either packages or formation subs to put your number one receiver inside so he would be matched up vs a LB.

If they are in man (unlikely), use crossing routes and have fun.

If they are in zone, use the same concepts designed to beat that zone.

There is a formation I use in my custom playbook that would work well here. I cannot remember the name of it but you can find it in the Steelers playbook. It is shotgun with base personnel lined up in a 5 wide set. It has the plays "Steelers Cross, Steelers Go, and Steelers HB screen"

Add that formation and enjoy getting the yards.

Matching personnel is not nearly as important if you run a zone scheme. So that is probably what they are running. If they are not, you may be in the worst online CFM I heard of. My best advice, learn what route combos beat each zone. Spend time in the skills trainer and practice mode.
