What are these fixes?

I've been following Rex as well and he hasn't said anywhere that you will need to restart. The potential pass rush fixes and XP adjustments wouldn't require a restart.

the first 2 needed restarts and i have no doubt the 3rd will, these are the guys who said you wouldnt after the 2nd but you do to get training for other positions etc

no doubt the regression issue qb/oline/hb will be forgotten

Sorry man, not to disagree, but I didn't need to restart after the second patch to get the gameprep. I tested multiple cfm's with my current one and had consistent results throughout each of them. I never needed to restart outside of the first patch.

I thinks what he is saying without the restart you will miss out on some things..I am not sure we did not restart and we can't do linebacker or WR drills. They are not available.

before patch #2 i had no wr/te skill drills, after patch i didnt either. started new franchise and i had the drills as an option

I hope a restart is not needed.

If it does I'll just opt to continue along with my current franchise. I'm way too attached to my draft picks to throw it all away.

Does anyone know what fixes are supposedly coming?

I haven't seen this talked about much.. I did read they hope to fix the contract negotiating not working properly during the regular season... What else?
