Madden 16 CFM - Any edit/customization options?

I skipped Madden 15 last year but am hearing good things about the Madden 16 gameplay. However, I am much more of a sim/GM/coach player and have a couple of questions about M16 that I was hoping some vets could answer.

1. I know that editing the draft is still not in Madden (sad) but if i am playing an offline franchise, can i edit all the teams players (i.e. all drafted rookies) including CPU teams?

2. If I can edit all the teams players, then what can i edit? Name? Ratings? Position?

3. Does M16 have a true coach mode yet?

4. Can anyone confirm that prior to starting an offline franchise I can edit rosters to my hearts content?

5. Are there new franchise move locations and/or logos/nicknames?

Any other franchise features new to M16?
