Re: CFM Weather?

I've been seeing quite a bit of rain and snow in my December games, it's almost become a running joke in our CFM. I think the guy that plays the Chiefs has had 2 home sunny games in 3 seasons, lol.

Re: CFM Weather?

I've played 3 season in my CFM. I get rain 1-2 games a season, and high winds 3-4 games a season, usually late in the year. In December, its clearly "cold" as players are wearing sleeves, hand warmers, and I can see the breath.

I think I've had one snow game.

I use the Cowboys, so half my games at minimum are under a roof. Knowing that, I think the weather is fairly accurate. But thats just me.

Re: CFM Weather?

After many test I understand why someone have really annoying issue with weather and why others not, the answer is that some cities have the weather bugged.

I don't know if this needs a new topic, but actually I found that:

Bugged

Chicago
Denver

Not-bugged

New-England
Green-Bay
Jacksonville
Seattle

At the same week you get realistic weather in New england and in Greenbay, you get at 13week, frozen cloudy, sun frozen, or snow with staff player and crowd dressed as expected while in Chicago you get sunny and warm and t-shirts and shorts.

I'm doing more tests to find out how many cities are bugged.

And that is why we need the ability to change weather in the future. Works for some and doesn't for others with no reasoning or solution.

Or maybe small sample sizes?

Could be, but starting and restarting a game 5 times [not an exaggeration] in December at Met-Life and getting sun, crowd in tee's and shorts, and sideline guys in shorts makes me think something is iffy. If it were one time and I restarted and it was normal than okay, small sample size. I randomly chose play the moments to start the game and it worked. Went back to try a different game [Cleveland at home] and it worked too. But for some reason it wasn't before and I couldn't find a solution as too why.

The frustrating part is literally having no control of it for times the "small sample size" decides to kick in and leave you with no weather for awhile. I'm a solution guy, let me control, win for everyone.

Re: CFM Weather?

I'm all for the option of controlling weather AND random but expected weather in CFM.

It can be snow games in December or hot game in Jacksonville in September.

I haven't had any issues in my 4th season in CFM, but if it's widespread, then there should be an option to control any weather you want, even if it isn't realistic.
