Im thinking at this point it's almost certainly Madden 17...

Unless we're surprised with another patch but I doubt it at this point.

I don't think it was possible for them to actually patch it into offline CFM, otherwise they would have

Because They just made the same menu for offline and online cfm, because it's easier to write the code to match both. Doesn't mean your going to get to use it

It's visible because Offline and Online use the same base menu's. I am guessing their is a technical reason they couldn't patch it in to offline otherwise they would have.
