Fire a headcoach?

Just completed first season of an offline, 32 team cfm.
How do I fire some headcoaches? I am owner of all 32 teams. Can not find any way to fire a coach in the staffing section? Only option is to purchase X.P. packages.

I could be wrong, but i think you are only able to do that at certain times. during the playoffs generally, teams will get an option to resign staff. in that menu, it gives you the chance to look at other staff and fire current staff. I am not sure if there is any other chance to do this though.

Go to the staffing screen (where you can upgrade your head coach) and hit triangle.
