Is that the play where the outside corners are manned up with the outside WRs, and the safeties are manned up with the inside (leaving 2 CBs to blitz)? Assuming you're throwing out of the gun, I would hot route the inside guys to some quick routes, since the safeties are usually playing off and they don't have the man-coverage ratings as a CB. Try even motioning one of the outside WRs around to create a mismatch.
Use the matchup stick thing pre-play to see where your WR has an advantage and try to get the ball out quick to him.
