No access to this feature???

What is going on? I have EA Access (got a free year with the Xone Fifa bundle). So I thought I'd play a little Madden. I had played a couple of games on a Franchise a few months ago when I got the system. But when I went to continue my Franchise I got this error "An Xbox Live Membership limitation does not allow you to use this feature."

Why am I getting this error? I was just wanting to continue a Franchise I started before, not do some online mode like Ultimate Team (if that even is online; haven't tried it out). I don't have gold, because I don't play others online (none of my friends own a new system and my internet isn't that great).

So what is wrong with this stupid thing?

Best guess would be that your original franchise was an online franchise. You may have to start over with an offline franchise.

Not sure how it could have been an online one since I didn't have Xbox Gold when I started the game (I used my 15 day trial a month ago), and I just played it as 1 person vs the cpu.

Also, I went to start a new one and it wouldn't let me save it to the cloud or use the updated roster. And it was super confusing just trying to set up a Franchise; why is My Player and Franchise in the same option?
Hopefully next year's game is more normal since I was planning on buying it since it had been a few years since I'd bought a football game (just got my Xone at the end of Oct.).

I was going to send an email to EA Madden, but there doesn't seem to be a way to contact them like I could 2K for NBA.

Anyone know if there is someone to contact for Madden like you can NBA 2K16 for issues?
