Honorable mention to Madden 10 because of the amount of 1-year effort. Never seen that much effort from them since.

This iteration, easily. It's stayed in the spinner longer than any Madden since '10, and I think it's a better game than '10.

Madden 16 in a pretty easy landslide for me. Still playing it. Close to entering the 5th year of my Connected Franchise.

Lot of clamoring for '16 here, which makes some sense. I play Madden games exclusively for franchise mode, and tend to prefer the older player progression as opposed to what happened once CCM came along.

Sounds like the drive goals and confidence dynamic haven't severely tainted franchise mode for you, these last couple years?

Madden 16 and it's not even close. I'm still playing at the end of April.

For me it's 16 too but I'll be honest I think we've waited so long just to have a "good" game of football to play, that 16 seems like a breath of fresh air. I don't think 16 is quite "the game" we've all been waiting for, but rather a sign of hope that, THAT game feels like it is possibly closer to being here than it has felt in a long time.

I played the crap out of '12 and liked the control over franchise but '16 is easily the best playing Madden to date.

Either 16 or 12. I loved 12's franchise. But I love MUT and CFM on 16 a lot.
