Best Madden for CPU v CPU Franchise?

Hi guys, just wondering what its the best Madden for a CPU v CPU franchise and on what platform? Ideally I'd be looking for the best blend of realistic watchable in-game gameplay and support for multi-season play.

In-game I'd assume the latest games are the best given developments in the passing game, but I've heard that player progression is broken in this year's game.

For multi-season play I'd reckon Madden 12 has the broadest feature set, but obviously it does not benefit from the updates to the pass rush and has the DT and LE sack problem among other issues. Madden 25 I hear causes some franchises to fall into financial problems and in-game has an overpowered running game and improbably unbalanced AI play calling.

What do you think is the best one to go for?

By far my favorite version of franchise mode. If only madden now could just implement these two features, I'd be set.

CCM has made this game kinda ehh, we have had it for 4 games now.. M13 14 15 and now 16,

and i could go on and on about the things that kinda bug me on here, but ehh maybe later,

but ya how dumb is it that you cant watch any other game, u cant watch the SB or there is no Pro Bowl,


its like alot of things they just hurried up and added into the game real fast,

ohh and the Zone defense is spotty
