CPU vs CPU is back for Franchise Mode

this is really bad for what i understand.
I play with buffalo and a can put price of tom brady on the ground and buy him without any dificult.
SOmebody can explain this?

If you control 32 team you can put tom brady to sell for a low price and you easy buy it to buffalo bills , this look wrong to my.

Even though you control 32 teams you can have the CPU handle signing and trading. Plus you can just choose not to whore out Brady. Just act like the real NFL would.

I hope I can watching certain plays in Player CFM when I am a QB. Hated coming back to take the lead with 1 minute left and only had text on screen to let the game finish. I would like to be able to choose to watch at certain times to add to the excitement of the game.

Okay, now I am confused again. So there is no 32-team control??? You can't select each teams roster and make adjustments??? Mr price please inform. My apologies if I am rehashing something I missed. It's just one team control and you can only watch that teams game over 16 weeks, not all 200-some games if you want? Or make moves for other 31 teams?? please inform...
