So I just noticed that if I look at bestbuy.com and my account I don't see madden 17 as beaning preorder even though I put in for a preorder last night when I did the trade in. Why is that?

So traded in madden 16 today and got $16.50 gift card ($1.50 extra thx to GCU) and a $10 coupon. Combined with my $10 preorder bonus, $10 reward zone I already had and my GCU discount on the new game I'm going to end up paying about $11 total for the new game...love it!

Oh ok I was worried. I would have done online order because the Closet Best buy is about 25 minutes from me but then you cant use the 10 trade up thing towards madden 17.

Hahaha, man did you go to the same one i went to last year? This is exactly what happened to me last year. The employee didnt believe me. Had another employee come over, they couldnt figure out anything in computer system, had to get manager, who was like " yeah , here you go"...... smh. Must be protocol , act like you know nothing about it, maybe they wont try hard to get it...
