I think they primarily do it with empty personnel groupings (01, 00). They'll either flat-out line up Cobb in the backfield as a RB or motion him into the backfield, as to maintain the threat of the run. I don't know that it's particular to a specific formation or formations, though, and they obviously don't always use Cobb at RB in 01 and 00 sets.

Yeah.... Cobb shook at least 3 players on my redskins defense every play.... it was frustrating but im wondering if the game would even permit you to sub a wr to hb, in M16 you couldnt R1 sub them that way,you could only change their position after the season.

Could you make Cobb a backup RB and that would make him accessible?

Sub packages will likely see Ayer kick inside next to McCoy with Smith subbing in for Gholston and Spence for Ayers.

Now with Burns and Davis, I've read the Steelers want to keep Gay on the outside and have either Burns or Davis play the Nickel.

Pretty much the same as the other thread since I tend to simulate what the team does. Aside from kaufusi being injured and out the entire year, Willie Henry will be the penetrating defensive tackle, Kaufusi will be fine in the online league so he will be the defensive end I sub in for Guy, who only has 73 stamina, and Judon will spell Suggs in certain formation sets.
