Yea after thinking about it, I'll probably play offline for the simple reason of being able to save mid-game if I need to.

I'm rolling with offline. Online indeed is quicker when it comes to simming weeks. But with offline. If I want to take a break in the middle of the game and put my system on sleep mode, I can fire back up and continue where I left off.

Continuing games offline is a nice argument but in the last iterations individual INT numbers were erased when you resume your game.
Has this been fixed?

Without the CFM website, a solo CFM is pointless at the moment.

Offline
1) Ability to resume games
2) CFM is not affected when online services are down

To be more specific, I was referring to a solo online CFM.

In my opinion, the main selling points using the cloud was the ability to access CFM from the web, faster week advances, and receiving updates first.

Receiving updates/patches ASAP is the only noteworthy advantage over offline CFM. Until being able to access your franchise away from the system is available.
