Weather Improvements in 17?
So in 16 CFM weather never worked. Every game was always in sunny conditions no matter the time of year or location. Will the weather function correctly so it will actually be cold/snowing late in the season in places like GB, NE, CHI, ect?Tags: None -
Re: Weather Improvements in 17?
I can say without a doubt that weather worked fine at least in online CFM, because I constantly got rainy (and when applicable, snowy) conditions in my SOS games as Green Bay. Didn't play far enough in offline CFM to comment on that. -

What do you mean it never worked? It worked for me. I'm tired of people just saying outright lies.Comment

Re: Weather Improvements in 17?
Yeah my offline CFM with the Bills offered snow games, rain games..late in season...my gripe was when u (PS4)saved the game then returned, weather usually resets back to sunny skies...some kind of glitch

Re: Weather Improvements in 17?
Would prefer if EA opened this up and simply let us choose the weather like in an exhibition game, at least in single-user CFMs. The more power the user has, the better. Who cares if someone wants to play five snow games a year in their CFM? Let them. Tie it to the calendar obviously (can't have a snow game in September) but give the user some freedom."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

Re: Weather Improvements in 17?
I was playing offline on the PS4 and it was always sunny. I have never seen a rain game during CFM. The closest I got was a late season game in Minnesota where it was cold (but 100% sunny). My last home game I played in January as the Giants, during the intro the comment was made about the snowing conditions for today's game. Once it cut over to the stadium shot, no snow and all sun with coaches all in short sleeves.Comment

Re: Weather Improvements in 17?
I'm in my 4th season of an offline Broncos CFM and have seen plenty of rain and some occasional snow, including a playoff game against the Browns.

I found the wind was always to drastic. It was always 8MPH minimum. The norm was around 13MPH.Comment

I got 5 seasons in, playing as SF, and never saw weather of any kind. No rain in SF or Seattle, no snow in December anywhere that I would play that you would expect to see snow. Every game, perfectly sunny or, if a night game, perfectly clear.
One time (once), Larry Ridley started his intro saying how it was snowing and I was extremely excited (@ GB in the playoffs)...until the game loaded & it was clear.
Also, the guy who accuses people of lying up top? Stay classy.
