Does playing cloud franchise mode mean that they can edit the stadiums as the season goes on?

Could you choose to rebuild the stadium in Los Angeles and instead select one of the dome ones? With it's somewhat see-through glass ceiling (at least based on the Madden images), it would look a lot closer to the real proposed stadium than the current open stadium.

I know, they should patch the game so you stay in the Coliseum until you move on your own. This way you could choose your own stadium design.

They could totally patch the game this year to do that. It would be way better that way.
