Thanks messed up they changed the terms ..makes no sense .

I also have a problem with formations dissapearing from the play pick boxes ..all the plays are empty boxes smh

I apologize if this has already been asked. But when usering DL Square and X are power and finesse move. How do you shed a block?Also should I mash the button or tap?Any tips appreciated

I believe everything else is high. X (XB1)/Square (PS4) is also the "Hit stick".

A (XB1)/X (PS4) is the conservative tackles and LT+A/L2+X is the Breakdown tackle (which counters most of the offensive moves but requires you to be in good defensive position as you will be strafing).
