Question for those that pre-ordered from BestBuy.com

I pre-ordered Madden 17 from BestBuy.com and did an in-store pickup. I picked up the game today and I think the store jacked up my order because I had a coupon for $10 off from when I traded in Madden 16. They returned the game then rang it back up, used the coupon, and then gave me a $10 gift card as compensation because there was an additional pre-order bonus of a $10 rewards certificate (I guess returning it cancels the $10 pre-order credit.

So after explaining what happened, my question is: I was suppose to receive an email with a code for the pre-order bonus card packs in MUT I believe. I don't seem to have received the email yet, so I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue or did you get your code emailed right away? If you got it how long did it take to get? I'm afraid this got cancelled because of how the store handled the coupon.

I received the e-mail instantly (it was in my inbox before I got home with the game), the code was also printed on my receipt.

Damn, I got screwed. Definitely nothing on my receipt. There was also a peel off sticker with a barcode for Madden Points. It says instructions are on the receipt, but there is none because I'm guessing the cachier didn't scan it. What is that for? I noticed it once I got home.

I think I was able to get this resolved. I called Best Buy support and explained what the store did and they connected me to someone in their "Digital Download Department" who was going to send me the code for the pre-order bonus. Luckily I kept my receipt from the re-purchased, otherwise I would have been really screwed since there in a PIN on there to look up the transaction.

They said I should get the code in a few hours.
