playaction?

So... is there something wrong with my game or is something seriously different about playaction? When I run any playaction pass, I can't throw the ball to any receivers, there are no passing icons and I cant figure out how to do anything but get sacked when I run a playaction play.

N.B.

Also, I tried my first game, Eagles Browns in CFM, and RGIII literally could not throw the ball. It was a sack on every passing play and the Browns had -109 passing yards in the first half. Anyone see anything like this?
