WR1 is Broken

I've looked everywhere and haven't seen a single person mention this. I'm actually kind of shocked, and thought maybe it was just a problem I was experiencing, but in every video is the same.

Every team every game has the wr1 lining up on the left side of the qb, that in itself is incorrect, but add on the fact that the cb1 is covering the wr to the right (the wr2) and it's an actual problem. Every game I have to edit the depth chart to get it right, but I'm not sure if that effects how often the ai throws to each target. Am I crazy or is this actually going on? Any way to fix it?
