You need to go to users and create 31 more head coach's. Take about 10-15 to set up but not 100 percent if you can put all on auto

Beware though, the new score ticker on the bottom of the screen will no longer say team names and instead say your Xbox live name. Itll look like this for every update.

Something like that for EVERY team. It's a deal breaker for me so be decided to stick to one team this year.

One question. When setting u 32 team control, do you generally use Coach or Owner for the other teams?

Will you be able to play just one side during a game or do you have to controll both teams?

From what i have seen you only control one team during play
