CFM Change Opponent Jersey (PS4)

Last year the work around was to use a second controller, scroll over to your opponent and make the jersey selection and then switch back. Is it just me or is this not an option this year? And if so, does anyone have a work around?

Last year I didn't need a second controller. Would just hold the home button, log out and log in as a guest. It created a second controller when I went back, changed the jersey and then switched back to my account. Presto.

Haven't tried it yet this year.

I can confirm that using the 2nd controller does still work for Xbox One, so I bet it's supposed to work for PS4 as well.

Bump. Anyone have a work around for PS4? The 2nd controller shows up in the middle but I can't get it to move to my opponent

You don't need a literal second controller to make it work. I've tested this. Last year's method still works. Hold the home button to sign in as a guest. Go back to the game and slide over to the other team. Change their jersey and slide the second controller on the screen back to the middle. Hold the home button again and return to your regular account. You should be back to the team you're controlling. The game remembers the change to the other squad's unis.

I've done exactly this. My game won't let me move the controller over to my opponent's side. I can switch to Guest and get back into the Controller Select screen but from there can't move.

I just tried it and it worked perfectly sign as guest but don't connect to the net maybe that will help

Hmm I'm not connecting to the internet. I don't know what's going on with my end. Are you guys playing CFM on the cloud or offline? PS4 or xbone?

offline PS4 for me, but any time I sign in with the guest account it asks if I want to connect or maybe it says sign in but either way I choose no. no clue if that has any impact on this though.

Anybody else try this on ps4, if it doesn't work I'm switching to Xbox one
