Formations Subs Playbook

I've noticed that this problem only occurs in offline franchise. Every franchise I've done on the cloud, no problems. Every franchise I've done offline, the formations subs don't change the playbook correctly.

I live in the woods and subsequently have terrible internet that cuts in and out frequently. If I do an online franchise, will I be unable to play if my internet cuts out?

I wouldn't recommend doing an online franchise with a bad Internet connection. You will find yourself finishing a game and upon exit returning to the main menu and your game not saving.
