Is it broken? In skills it works fine

20 yard punts are killing TOP. Once in a while is ok, but doing nothing different in skills than game?

In CFM punting for me is fine. Averaging 47 yards a game for punting. Longest was 62 yards.

Help me here. Place my kick. Hit X at the top and then try getting into the box. After that what am I doing wrong?

Not sure man, that's exactly what I'm doing. I did reinstall the game though, had to download it all over again. But I did that because of the QB standing in pocket too long issue, not because of punting. Not sure if it helped the punting.

Are you accidentally selecting the sky punt option? That happened to me at first.

And I mean the 3 options after you select your play...Sky, Normal, Backspin (or some variation of those).

I'm having the same issue right now, especially if I try to direct the punt at all.

It's hitting me on extra points too. I get right next to the X and miss the PAT wide?

Got a little better, but normal is the way to go unless you are trying to pin team

I played a game last night and the best punt I had was around 35 yards.
I tried aiming lower as well as trying the sky punt just to see what would happen. Aiming lower was about the same and the sky punt maybe went 10 yards straight up. My clicking and everything on the punt meter was pretty spot on the whole time.
