Von Miller contract?

In my Broncos CFM, it's telling me that Von Miller wants to negotiate a new contract with the other players who only have 1 year left...yet they also have the new contract he signed in the game. Why would I re-negotiate after he just signed the 6 year deal? Is this just a bug?

Looking for an answer to this because I have the same issue with Mo Wilkerson in my Jets CFM....

On the roster screen EA added his contract extension, but he still asks for a new deal on the big decisions page

This Happened last year with NE's kicker. When the game was made he had one year left on his deal. A roster update changed it but in CCM he still wanted to negotiate his contract. Seems like same bug appears. Just decline his invitation to negotiate his contract and all will be well.

Yeah I believe Dez & a couple others had this bug last madden. Basically after the update anyone who signed in the preseaon in real life popped up to negotiate with years left on their deal.
I think even if you decline to renegotiate, the current contract kicks next season anyways. You don't have to do anything though. I'd just ignore him on the negotiations screen & the current deal will remain & continue as normal once you advance into the off-season.
