Track number of plays

I'm looking to build a few evaluation spreadsheets, one for preseason and one for regular seasons. In this spreadsheet I want to annotate the number of plays a player is on the field for, for grading purposes. Does anyone know if the stats section shows the number of plays on the field? If not, what are some other suggestions for time played evaluation besides minutes

I'm pretty sure it shows downs played for offensive lineman. Not sure about everyone else.

The tip I got last year was to add up the number of attempts for the QBs (including sacks) and RBs

Yeah, the number of attempts for QB's and RB's is how I usually do it, lineman and defense are what worries me.

The spreadsheet is to evaluate my preseason rosters to decide who I want to keep/cut. But I don't want a 3rd stringer to have the advantage of playing an entire 2nd half against 3rd stringers while a 2nd stringer played a quarter.

So I was hoping I can track the number of snaps the player participated in and put that in the final evaluation.

I have yet to go through a full game and check the stats afterwards, was hoping I could get the layout of the spreadsheet done before doing so. I wish they would get a little more detailed in their stat tracking on the game; QB percentages for downs and distances, RB's yards per carry inside the tackles our outside, SNAP COUNTS, etc.
