I'd drop the 3rd from there, Joe Thomas wants out of Cleveland anyway and is available for a 2nd. Star Lutolelei is a young 1st round DT with (quick?) potential and Cleveland need 5-technique/ 3-4 ends.


Round 5 pick = 43-27.4 value
DT Star L = Late 1st round pick 850-590 value
2nd round pick = 580 - 270 value

Hey guys,

first things first: English is not my native language so don't be too harsh

I'm still playing Madden 16. I'm in a CFM as an owner with the Saints. The first season was as horrible as i expected it to be so I'm in full rebuild mode.

I'm seriously considering trading Drew Brees right now. The following trade seems quite realistic to me as a Football noob:

Saints get: Patriots 1st round 2017 + 3rd round 2017 + MLB Jamie Collins
Pats get: Drew Brees + 4th round 2017 + 5th round 2018

Tom Brady retired after the 2015 season so the Patriots are a great team without a reasonable Quarterback. They don't have the Cap Space to keep all their upcoming Free Agents (Collins, Hightower, Butler, Ryan...) around. This is why they actually traded Collins to the Browns for a third rounder in RL.

While they are now able to start another Super Bowl run, I got a great Linebacker who is a huge upgrade for my Defense. Also I got some more picks to build through draft.

What do you think? Is it a reasonable trade at all?
