Preventing Retirements

So who's all using the full player edit to change the ago of retiring players? Max age is 40 in edit screen so I have been knocking back Brady's age one year to prevent him from retiring because in real life he's probably playing out his contract in my opinion.

I've also seen coaches retire first year and even Big Ben retired after the first year. Simed the first season several time to look at retirements. Most old players retire no matter.... But there are some random ones.

Best thing would be to write down what players typically retire in year one. Then, knock down their age by a year and see if they still retire.
