Why has Strategist got Scouting boost and Team builder got XP boost?

Surely that is the wrong way round?

Maybe I am going mad, but that cannot be right.

Strategist - a coach who specialists in improving players - That has to be XP boost

Team Builder - a coach who builds up a team from the ground up - That has to be Scouting boost?

The other way round which is is at the moment makes no sense?

The way M16 was:

◾Motivator: Selecting this backstory reduces the chance a player will hold out, and gives you discounts to the Free Agent and Retire packages. This means free agents will be more likely to sign for you, and players will be less likely to retire in their final year.

◾Strategist: You get discounts on XP Boost Packages (which increase the experience point gain for players), Trade Packages (making your trades more likely to happen), and Progression Packages (letting your players develop better skills).

◾Team Builder: You get discounts to your Scouting and Contract Packages, giving you a better chance to sign and re-sign players.

Exactly, so why have they swapped the later two?

Has anyone else noticed this?
